Shipping Policy

Processing times: Our orders are generally processed within 1-3 days and ready for post. During peak seasonal times like Black friday and Christmas, order processing make take up to 5 days. We appreciate your patience during these times while we process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping times: We ship to Australia only at this time and use Australia Post services.

Orders are shipped in Regular Post satchels and usually deliver as per Australia Post guidelines. (under normal circumstances)

• Same state: 2–5 business days
• Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Orders shipped Express satchels usually deliver (under normal circumstances)

• Same state: 1–3 business days
• Interstate (metro to metro): 2–4 business days (WA up to 6)

Note: Delivery times can be affected by extreme weather, covid-19 impacts and location. Current information can be found on the Australia Post website (we are not responsible for delays after issue to Australia post). 

You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
