Refund Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you encounter a problem. Our items undergo quality checks prior to issue, so in the unlikely event the item is defective/damaged or you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy on defective or damaged goods only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange on defective or damaged goods only, you must contact us immediately and send photo of the defect. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If these conditions are not met - there will be no exchange or refund on these defective or damaged goods.

If your return is accepted

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If we have agreed to exchange after the item has been returned, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the return is accepted, your original item will be refunded

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note- As a custom order business, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, as garment sizing charts are provided on the site. This ensures customers can  order the correct size.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
